I met with Harry Brown personally and he sat with me for 20 minutes at our initial consultation to explain everything. He even called after my surgery to see how I was doing. I met with him several more times after that and was kept informed about my case throughout. I highly recommend Harry Brown as an attorney.

Filing a claim for compensation after being involved in a truck accident can be very difficult. If an accident occurs, drivers, trucking companies, the company that loaded the freight, or truck or tire manufacturers could all be held liable depending on the circumstances of the accident. Did the driver of a truck fall asleep or did the steering fail when it veered into your lane? Was the driver exhausted from drugs, alcohol, or working too many hours? Is it possible that a truck part failed due to a flaw in its design or because it was not properly maintained?
When there could be multiple parties at fault, how do you calculate how much the accident will cost you in future medical bills and lost wages?
All of these questions can be answered by an experienced Truck Accident Lawyer. It can be difficult to understand how the system works and how to obtain the best settlement to compensate for your losses without the assistance of an accident lawyer.
