I met with Harry Brown personally and he sat with me for 20 minutes at our initial consultation to explain everything. He even called after my surgery to see how I was doing. I met with him several more times after that and was kept informed about my case throughout. I highly recommend Harry Brown as an attorney.
Bicycle Accidents in Georgia
Bicycle accidents cause devastating injuries. When a car collides with a bicycle, the rider of the bicycle is the one who sustains the most serious injuries. Injuries to the head can cause trauma to the brain and interfere with a person’s ability to think, remember, and concentrate. Injuries to the spine can cause either complete or partial paralysis. Injuries caused by being crushed are harmful to vital organs.
Broken bones, facial scarring, dental and jaw injuries, joint damage, and torn muscles are some of the other serious injuries that can result from a bicycle accident. A prolonged hospital stay may be required to treat infections that are brought on by road rash.
When a bicyclist is hit by a motor vehicle, the rider will often lose their life. When this occurs, the family of the bicyclist may have the right to file a Wrongful Death claim against the at-fault driver.
If you are a victim of a bicycle accident or if you lost a loved one in an accident, you deserve to be fully compensated for all of your losses.
Our Georgia Bike Accident Lawyers help injury victims with their claims.
When trying to rebuild a life, compensation is absolutely necessary. In the absence of compensation, medical bills remain unpaid. If they do not receive compensation for their injuries, victims of accidents who are unable to pay for ongoing medical treatment endure chronic pain and impaired quality of life.
Those who have lost a loved one due to wrongful death also deserve to be compensated for their loss. While no amount of money will ever make up for the loss of someone you love, it will help to keep you from falling into a financial problem.
