Twiggs County, GA (December 9, 2022) – An accident that occurred on Wednesday night in Twiggs County resulted in the death of a teen.
The fatal collision took place on westbound Interstate 16 close to Georgia State Route 112.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, the driver of a jeep rear-ended another vehicle.
The passenger in the vehicle that was struck by the jeep was a 19-year-old who was killed in the collision. The driver of the car was taken to a trauma center and her condition is unknown at this time.
